To ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, items may ship in multiple packages. If this happens, you’ll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
We ship from multiple distribution centers across the United States. This allows us to source products efficiently and get them to you as quickly as possible.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before they ship.
Some items—such as made-to-order or specialty products—may require additional processing time. If that applies to your order, it will be noted on the product page.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.
Most orders shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx do not require a signature upon delivery.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you’re concerned about delivery, we recommend shipping to a secure location.
We can ship some items to PO Boxes.
However, certain products—especially larger or specialty items—cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. If your order includes one of these items, we’ll reach out to you before processing.
